The EDM-3000R 3-in-1 Electric Driving Module offers peak power of 220 kW and torque of 2,800 Nm, with a maximum efficiency of 94.5%. It operates within a voltage range of 300-720Vdc, providing full performance from 576Vdc, making it well-suited for high-demand electric vehicle applications. The oil-water compound cooling system for the motor and reducer, along with water cooling for the controller, ensures effective thermal regulation. Its compact design includes standard 4-holes flange power output, front & rear mounting options, and reliable integration for various electric drivetrains, delivering durability and performance.

The High Energy Efficiency Integrated Range Extender delivers peak power of 115 kW and torque of 285 Nm, with a maximum efficiency of up to 97%. Operating within a voltage range of 250-470Vdc, it offers full performance from 350Vdc, making it ideal for 1.5L and 2.0L engines. Its direct axle reducer design, combined with oil-water compound cooling for the motor and water cooling for the controller, ensures optimal performance. The innovative rotor design, directly mounted on the engine's crankshaft, enhances reliability, reduces electromagnetic noise, and improves NVH performance.

The Induction Motor offers peak power of up to 160 kW and torque of up to 335 Nm, with speeds reaching 16,000 rpm. Designed for battery electric passenger cars and SUV 4WD auxiliary drives, this motor delivers high power and torque density, combined with advanced noise reduction technology for optimal performance. Developed on the JJE SD220 platform, it provides enhanced durability, reliability, and superior coupling with transmission systems. Protected by IP6K9K and compliant with ISO and GB/T standards, it ensures top-tier performance and safety in demanding environments.

CATL's Batteries Main Product Lines

Comprehensive Energy Solutions for Vehicles: CATL offers a wide range of battery packs with energy densities from 145 Wh/kg to 160 Wh/kg, meeting the needs of various vehicle types, from buses to trucks. With capacities ranging from 53 kWh to 577 kWh, these batteries deliver high performance and flexibility across multiple applications.

High Efficiency and Safety: CATL’s battery systems deliver up to 600 kWh with maximum energy efficiency and strict compliance with GB/T and ISO standards. Operating within a voltage range of 250-720Vdc, they feature liquid cooling systems and self-developed thermal management, ensuring performance from -35°C to 65°C.
